Sometimes called Swedish massage or Classic massage, the therapist uses long, smooth strokes and gentle kneading to coax tense, tight muscles into relaxing. Your massage therapist may also use deep, circular movements and passive joint movements. In addition to relaxing you, these massage therapy techniques will also stimulate nerve endings and increase blood flow and lymphatic drainage. You can choose a 1 hour or a 90-minute massage.

Celluma LED light therapy can assist in treating acne, increase collagen production, decrease inflammation, speed healing, and assist in penetration of serums and creams. 10-minute session $20
